The Auctioneers in every instant act as Agents for

Vendors of each lot duly authorised by them to
sell. |

The buyer will be the highest bidder and shall be
asked
at the fall of the hammer to state their name
and
address. |

The Auctioneer at all times reserves the right to bid
on
behalf of the Vendor on lots on which there is
a
reserve price. |

All items to be paid for during, or at the end of, the
sale. |

Wilful damage to any lots during the viewing, or
sale
day, will be assessed by the Auctioneer
and
reasonable compensation sought. |

any representations of fact. Both the
Auctioneers and the
Vendors disclaim responsibility
as to the age, authenticity
and condition for any lots. |
