The Auctioneers in every instant act as Agents for
the Vendors of each lot duly authorised by them to
sell. |

The buyer will be the highest bidder and shall be
asked at the fall of the hammer to state their name
and address. |

The Auctioneer at all times reserves the right to bid
on behalf of the Vendor on lots on which there is
a reserve price. |

All items to be paid for during, or at the end of, the
sale. |

Wilful damage to any lots during the viewing, or
sale day, will be assessed by the Auctioneer
and reasonable compensation sought. |

Employees of the Auctioneers have no authority to make
any representations of fact. Both the Auctioneers and the
Vendors disclaim responsibility as to the age, authenticity
and condition for any lots. |
