The Auctioneers in every instant act as Agents for
the Vendors of each lot duly authorised by them to sell. |

The buyer will be the highest bidder and shall be
asked at the fall of the hammer to state their name and address (If
requested). |

The Auctioneer at all times reserves the right to bid
on behalf of the Vendor on lots on which there is a reserve
price. |

All items to be paid for during or at the end of the
sale. |

Wilful damage to any lots during the viewing or sale
days will be assessed by the Auctioneer and reasonable compensation
sought. |

make any representations of fact. Both the Auctioneers and the
Vendors disclaim responsibility to the age, authenticity and
condition for any lot or lots. |

premium of 10% and V.A.T.at the prevailing rate (11.75%
